Polling & Market Research
To develop targeted, project-specific questions, we synthesize the research provided by a client alongside public sources, then hone the survey instrument to produce actionable data. Sometimes that means an in-depth instrument; for other projects, brevity is essential and we design surgically to get the answers our clients need. We tap every methodology — live operator, text-to-web, and online — matching the right approach to each client’s needs rather than forcing one.
Data Modeling
We use statistical techniques and machine-learning tools to build predictive models that identify patterns in voter behavior and public opinion. Our models help campaigns and organizations move beyond basic demographics to understand who is most likely to engage, support, or respond to a message. They integrate with polling results and other datasets so clients can target efficiently and communicate more effectively.
Focus Groups
President Brock McCleary is a RIVA-trained focus group moderator. Focus groups allow deeper exploration of a topic and an opportunity to fine-tune messaging based on survey findings, with open discussion and observation of a cross-section of the target population. We work with professional facilities to recruit participants and conduct both in-person and online groups.
Dial Testing
Participants provide real-time feedback on ads, speeches, or video content using a continuous-response dial. This approach helps identify which messages connect with voters — and where adjustments may be needed — moment by moment.
