Harrisburg-based Harper Polling said Monday that 11 percent of 700 likely voters surveyed said the lack of a state budget was having a “significant impact” on them while 21 percent said it was having “somewhat of an impact.”

However, 35 percent said the budget impasse was not having “a lot of impact” and 27 percent said it was having “no impact at all.

Toomey is maintaining double-digit leads over both Sestak and McGinty in hypothetical 2016 match-ups. Harper found Toomey leading Sestak 47 percent to 37 percent with 15 percent undecided and Toomey ahead of McGinty 48 percent to 34 percent with 18 percent undecided.
