Brock McCleary, the president of Harper Polling, said the survey shows Kane's favorable ratings are slumping.

Results of a new poll do not bode well for Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane. 

Brock McCleary, the president of Harper Polling, said the survey shows Kane's favorable ratings are slumping.  

"We asked voters about their opinion of her, favorable or unfavorable," he said. "Thirty-one percent said they had a favorable opinion of Kathleen Kane while 52 percent said unfavorable. So you see that the information has really started taking a toll on her perception with voters."

However, McCleary said, voters are not calling for Kane to step down.
